Seamless and stress-free experience

pleasant auctioneer
John is smart auctioneer and his manners are good. I have seen on different auctions stubbornness of auctioneers " demanding" certain amount of money for bids ( I will accept only 25 K for now, or so) John accepted early in auction 5K as smart move , " you offer but we will see last bid" so bidding progress , it is not stooled and demanding for more and higher bids. His decision was smart for owner and company as he got more flow during auction

A pleasure to deal with!!
Leanne has been super easy to deal with, has been open and honest and has been prompt to return all queries, she even managed to organise another walk through of the property a couple of days after winning the auction (with barely a couple of hours notice), just so my partner could see it as she was just returning from overseas and hadn’t even seen the property.

Made buying an easy process.
John was extremely professional in his approach. He was considerate of my needs, helpful in his advice and an excellent communicator. He was also generous with his time and answered my many questions honestly (unlike many other real estate agents we’ve come across) and tried to be as realistic as he could with me.
