A great experience having an agent that was honest with an appraisal, communicative throughout the selling campaign, provided great feedback and suggestions and delivered what he promised. I highly recommend John Clarkson if selling a property in Bayside. His knowledge of the area and years of experience, no doubt was instrumental in achieving a successful campaign and sale.
John Clarkson
John was extremely professional in his approach. He was considerate of my needs, helpful in his advice and an excellent communicator. He was also generous with his time and answered my many questions honestly (unlike many other real estate agents we’ve come across) and tried to be as realistic as he could with me. He was friendly and personable and generally followed up enquiries quickly.

We could not have wished for a better experience. Leanne went above and beyond to devise a solid campaign strategy and create interest in our property. Leanne was respectful, communicative, thorough and professional throughout the process and her team were equally amazing. We would not hesitate to engage Leanne for future property sales.

Greg was fantastic from the moment we engaged him. His endeavour, determination and expert knowledge regarding the special nature of selling our property was second to none. He was always on the front foot and positive and clearly communicated what the market was saying. We highly recommend Greg to sell your property. He was superb and we are very happy.

Throughout the entire marketing campaign and sale at auction (as planned), Greg's insight, communication, market analysis and auction performance could not be faulted. I had used Greg previously and had recommended Greg to a close friend of mine. All sales were completed very successfully. I would have no hesitation in recommending Greg to others and would look to engage Greg again for any other real estate marketing and sales campaigns in the future.

We went through quite an extensive due diligence process to choose the preferred agent to sell our home and chose Tamara after she put forward an excellent presentation and recommended strategy. I am often quite critical of agents, but I thought that Tamara did an excellent job from beginning to end of the campaign in what was a clearly difficult market. She was very detail focused in the initial part of the campaign, helping us to prepare the property for sale in its best light and did an excellent job managing negotiations and not panicking after the property passed in at auction.

We made a good decision in choosing Stephan and Millie to sell our home. Stefan is a likable, knowledgeable and efficient professional who worked hard to negotiate a good outcome for us. Stefan connected with buyers and kept us informed and was genuinely invested in our outcome. I cannot recommend Stefan highly enough , he and Millie are a great team.

I found her to be very approachable and always ready to help us in our endeavours to prepare our property for sale and eventually for auction day. She has a delightful and very friendly professional approach. I rate Tamara very highly and would certainly use her services again.
