Michelle and her team exceeded our expectations for the marketing and sale of our property. She is very professional in her manner and advice. Despite our property being at the lower end of pricing, we felt that the personalised attention was second to none. We had a successful sale after only four days on the market! We were very pleased with Michelle and her team, and we have no hesitation in recommending her and her services.

Michelle was super helpful throughout the process, from initial valuation through to auction day. She handled my constant date changes without fuss and her use of technology made getting things done remotely a breeze. Super friendly, a great asset to Buxton, highly recommended.

Halli provided invaluable support from initial valuation right through to auction. Took care of every aspect of the sale which was especially handy as I live interstate. His market knowledge and handling of prospective buyers was first class as was his advice throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Leanne is a very professional real estate agent who during the difficult COVID lockdown period and its immediate aftermath was able to sell our apartment in a market that was not easy to navigate. The quality of the apartment preparation and advertising was excellent. Leanne provided constant updates and feedback to us that was first rate and importantly assisted us to tweak our marketing campaign as required. I have absolutely no doubt we chose the right real estate agent to sell our property and if I was selling again in the Bentleigh area I would have no hesitation in using Leanne.

We recently engaged Buxton Bayside to sell our property in East Brighton. We were very pleased with the services provided by Halli and Michelle. The marketing and the auction itself went as smoothly as one would hope and the professionalism of both Halli and Michelle is to be commended. We would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Halli and Michelle to others as well as using them again ourselves when the time comes to sell our other properties in the area.

Michelle’s professionalism and communication throughout our whole campaign was outstanding. Never once did we have to ask what happens next. Could not have asked for better representation of our property.

100% commitment from start to finish. Halli gave us regular updates and his communication meant we were aware of the proceedings the whole way through the campaign. Could not have asked for better representation from an agent !

Halli has sold four houses for us over the years - which accounts for all of our house sales. That in itself speaks volumes of how highly we rate Halli as a real estate expert. He is diligent, knowledgeable, good with people, pragmatic, an expert in the bayside area and offers sound advice. I thoroughly recommend Halli to those looking for a great real estate agent.

Guy St Leger delivers all you expect from a real estate agent and more. He draws on his vast experience in real estate to deliver sound advice to vendors and buyers both. He is knowledgeable, organised, great with people and always prompt. Moreover, he offers pre sale and after sale service - and delivers on that. He made time for last minute OPIs and buyer questions. We are very grateful for the expert guidance Guy provided us, and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
