The whole sales process from creating collateral up to the auction day was very team oriented and we enjoyed the whole process. Stefan has incredible market knowledge
Stefan has incredible market knowledge having sold many properties in our street so it made perfect sense to enlist his services. Even still, he worked tirelessly for us to achieve the best price, at all times keeping us in the sales loop. Stefan and his colleague went above and beyond what we expected to achieve our result. Stefan made us feel part of the sales ‘team’, as selling is a collaborative effort when you’re living in the house up for sale and together our ‘team’ worked brilliantly.

Stefan went above and beyond to help us sell our family home of 35 years. Having dealt with many different agents in the past we were positively surprised by how good Stefan and his team were at selling our home. He made himself available every time we had questions, and kept us updated every step of the way. He had an exceptional knowledge of the market and did everything he could to get the best price for us (which he did). But most importantly he worked for us, and surpassed our expectations in every way. I don't think there is a better agent than Stefan Whiting in the Bayside area. I highly recommend him.
