We engaged several agents to sell our property but both Halli and Sonja were clear standouts who set clear expectations, understood the market, and were very easy to work with. Throughout the sale process they kept us informed all the way with regular updates and ensured everything went smoothly. They gave us great confidence with their attitude and approach and secured a sale price which exceeded expectations. If you are looking for an agent in Brighton you need to engage this team.

After purchasing an investment property from Halli in 2018 we knew he was going to be the best agent to help us sell our much loved home this year. His personality made him such a pleasure to deal with. He is a go- getter and will follow up every lead for you! He went the extra mile for us and managed to get us a sale well before auction. He has incredible knowledge of the market and I can’t recommend him enough as an estate agent.

I'm very grateful to Halli - he made the sale of my property such an easy and pleasant experience - considering I wasn't in Melbourne and had no need to travel there. Halli's wise knowledge of the market and industry, professionalism, attention to details (with amazing work of MHD), excellent people skills lead to a speedy and desirable result before the auction. Bravo!!! 👋👋👋

From the outset it was obvious we had made the best choice in Halli, the final result was way, way beyond expectation. The campaign was professional, thorough and well directed exactly at the potential home buyers we hoped for... not land developers. We were regularly informed of who had genuine interest in the property and sure enough they were there bidding, furiously on the day. Given the responsibility of choosing an agent to sell my father in law's property was daunting but choosing Halli was absolutely the best choice!

Halli and Sonja were recommended to us by family, but we wanted a professional opinion. We engaged a vendors advocate, and after interviewing a number of agents Halli and Sonja were standout favorites for us and the advocate. Through the whole process Halli and Sonja were enthusiastic, and positive. They manage the process carefully with great attention to detail. Now we have sold, I look back on the process as a really positive experience, and I would recommend Halli and Sonja to anyone who wants a professional team to guide them through the process and maximize the sale of their home.

Halli Moore and Sonja Sendin were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish when we sold our home recently. They kept us informed after every open and throughout the campaign. They are a great team, friendly, professional and were able to negotiate a higher price than we expected. We highly recommend them.

Halli is a consummate professional. In a changing and challenging market he demonstrated excellent communication, care and flexibility and achieved a realistic but still good outcome with which I was happy.

Halli was positive and confident that he could sell our home quickly. In a quiet market he was honest with expectations. We achieved our goal and are very happy.
