Great communicator with result to match

Tom is always very professional even under challenging circumstances
Tom and his colleague, Bert, assisted my firm on the sale of a deceased estate property that I was the executor for. It was a highly unusual sales campaign as a number of factors outside of anyone’s control made the sales process quite challenging but Tom always stayed positive throughout it all. He was always very calm and patient and handled every issue that came up very professionally, which we are very appreciative of. He was also very approachable and went above and beyond whenever we needed extra assistance. Tom is also honest in assessing the potential sales price that the property was likely to get so he managed our expectations well and there were no surprises on auction day. My firm and I highly recommend him. Seeing how professionally he handled our sale, given the challenging circumstances we faced throughout the process, you would be very well looked after by Tom. A man who delivers
We have had very good service from Buxton's both in renting our property and just recently in selling it. We were particularly impressed by the professionalism of Halli. He listened to our needs and created a very effective campaign to market the house. He is a very skilled communicator and was able to get alongside potential purchasers and advise us on the most effective way of selling. We thought his handling of the auction was particularly effective and he achieved a very good result.

Hard work behind the charm
Tom made a potentially stressful time a smooth, positive and profitable experience. When he came to me with his approach to selling my property, it was plain that he had put a lot of the 'hard yards' and skill into researching the specific market, potential clientele and the property itself. To potential buyers he presents as a sincere and charming young man. To the vendor he is a calm, knowledgeable and positive salesman who knows his stuff. The results he achieved for me were excellent. The process was was virtually stress-free for me. I am usually very reluctant to recommend anyone or any company unreservedly. I have no reluctance in doing so in the case of Tom.
