I have known Ross and his family for many years through the hockey club. I had no hesitation in approaching Ross when I first considered selling my unit in mid 2019. He provided us the really good service we have experienced, we got the special appoint inspection on the same normal inspection day but unfortunately we were too busy to go at that time. Tom was terrific to deal with for the sale of our Head St property and as part of the Buxtons team lead by the brilliant David Hart, achieved a price about $250,000 more than expected. He recognised that as elderly and not very experienced sellers we needed guidance and support through the whole process and was pro active in that regard. Maybe even more remarkable, we felt he understood that we had a long relationship with Buxtons through previous house sales and the rental of this property (via the remarkable Ms Michelle Murray) and always liaised with those team members who knew us.
