John has been a pleasure to deal with , we were able to get on the same page very quickly and with his vast experience and property knowledge we were able to agree on a sales strategy very quickly. The property had its challenges at first but with john,s guidance we minimized the issues at hand. His enthusiasm throughout the campaign was exceptional and constant communication keep every one on the same page. I have no hesitation in recommending john to other people.

We have had very good service from Buxton's both in renting our property and just recently in selling it. We were particularly impressed by the professionalism of Halli. He listened to our needs and created a very effective campaign to market the house. He is a very skilled communicator and was able to get alongside potential purchasers and advise us on the most effective way of selling. We thought his handling of the auction was particularly effective and he achieved a very good result.

Tom made a potentially stressful time a smooth, positive and profitable experience. When he came to me with his approach to selling my property, it was plain that he had put a lot of the 'hard yards' and skill into researching the specific market, potential clientele and the property itself. To potential buyers he presents as a sincere and charming young man. To the vendor he is a calm, knowledgeable and positive salesman who knows his stuff. The results he achieved for me were excellent. The process was was virtually stress-free for me. I am usually very reluctant to recommend anyone or any company unreservedly. I have no reluctance in doing so in the case of Tom.

I am happy to recommend Johnny without reservation. We have had his help in selling several Bayside properties very successfully. Not only is he a pleasure to deal with but he is one of the few willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Do yourself a favour and hire him!

Tom in conjunction with Bert Stewart offered a fantastic service as my agents in the sale of my property on the Esplanade. Working in the property industry myself I have high expectations and as usual they did not disappoint. I could not recommend them highly enough to any prospective seller. Great work once again Tom and Bert.

I had the pleasure of working with Tom Davidson in 2017 to sell our family home in Brighton. Tom and his team at Buxton achieved an outstanding sales result prior to auction that was easily 15% above my expectations and 20% above the independent market valuation. Tom is an incredible individual and great communicator and managed all aspects of the sales process like a truly seasoned pro. I would recommend Tom to anyone considering selling their property in the Bayside area and would have to rate Tom one of the best sales executives I have ever worked with. Well done Tom and my sincere thanks. Darren Harding
