With over 13 years at the company, Bri is a familiar and trusted name in the local real estate scene. What started as a genuine interest in property has evolved into a fulfilling career that Bri lives and breathes. Her long-standing commitment to her clients, combined with a strong leadership presence, has made her an invaluable part of the team. Faultless diligent communicative service

After self-managing for years I entrusted finding new tenants for my property with Buxton Cheksea...and on-going management. I had a tenant within a week and was communicated with throughout the process, re OFS results plus compliance & maintenance tasks and appropriate personnel to follow through. I highly recommend this efficient team.

Friendly, professional, easy!

What a smooth experience renting our house out with Buxton Chelsea! From the first meeting Tanya and Briana made us feel comfortable and understood, we knew they appreciated and would take care of our home. They were positive and professional, scheduling opens, giving advice and sharing feedback with us. We recieved reports after every open and had ongoing communication with Tanya. Our house rented out quickly and we are happy and appreciative of the great work from Tanya, Briana and the Buxton team!
