We achieved a great result, which more than met our expectations. A well structured marketing campaign, thorough vetting of prospective buyers, and honest feedback, helped to allay any concerns the sometimes quite stressful pre auction period can present. We had a very good idea on auction day, who the bidders / buyers would be. The presentation of the property on Auction day, in terms of highlighting the attractions of the property could not have been summarised and presented any better.
