Daniel was extremely helpful leading up to our campaign, organising tradesmen to quote and repair the property and facilitating access. This was extremely helpful as we do not live nearby and saved hours commuting back and forth. Daniel worked tirelessly throughout our campaign and managed to sell the property before auction with a great result. He kept us constantly updated with potential buyers and made himself available to speak to late at night and on weekends. Daniel is not a pushy estate agent which I think is really important. We contacted him 3 years ago about selling this property and he has been extremely patient and empathetic around our circumstances.
