We bought our new house through Hocking Stuart and dealt with a great Agent, Steve Gray who recommended we have a meeting with Daniel to potentially sell our house with. Whilst we had a couple of other agents on our list of options for selling our house, Daniel's confidence, knowledge about the area and his strong sense of leadership made our decision quiet easy to chose him as our Agent. From every weeks inspections he communicated with us openly and transparently. We are also appreciative of how Daniel showed us great empathy and understanding knowing how much prep and nervousness goes into opening your personal home to strangers. On the day of our auction we were nervous, excited and deeply worried we weren't going to achieve the price we wanted. Soon as Daniel opened the auction and spoke with such confidence he automatically created an exciting and almost urgent energy amongst everyone, making us all feel that our home was a must buy, to the point where I almost wanted to bid back own house. Daniel did an amazing job selling our house. We wee concerned for a while that due to the lack of bidding at the auction we would not get what we need to move, however Daniel managed to negotiate the buyer up to our reserve. A great result for us! I will definitely use his services again.

Friendly, approachable and easy to chat with. Did not stand there awkwardly like some agents do, was confident. Understood my situation and wasn't ever judgemental or dismissive. In fact helped and encouraged me with the purchase. Probably would not have put an offer in if it weren't for him. So thanks, much appreciative. This agent was good. The agency was overall good compared to others. Though i had to reach out a couple of times to let them know I was a interested first home buyer and was serious about finding a property. I wanted to find an agent that was interested in me and my profile which would make things more personable, but I gathered it was an agency department run design. I eventually started receiving emails to properties of my interest from more than one agent from hockstuart chelsea. I think young people, who are new to the idea of purchasing their new home need a more personable approach. This forms a lot of trust. It was something I was trying to find. Learning new vocabulary, new definitions, new phenomenons and trying to understand the property market and the type of property they are looking for. You probably already have this in place. I just had contact with a few agencies and agents and it was a lot of different emails and phone calls. It at times was pretty overwhelming.
