We found at all times throughout the 5 week campaign that you and your team keep us up to date with any prospective buyers that had visited the property and we were kept well informed all the way as to the potential interest and offers that had been suggested along the way. Simply put it made the Auction day decision making process for us very easy to sell on the day, based on the potential bidders you were able to have attend the Auction. We had previously needed to sell a property from my Mothers estate some 3 years ago also in Bonbeach, and we had a totally different experience, false expectations from the beginning and very little feed back from the potential buyers by the agent. This made the entire process difficult as we did not understand the true value of her home and hence we had an average result and a longer sales process than we had been advised by that Agent.
