Very early on, we were made what turned out to be a superior buying offer (unfortunately for us these buyers bought elsewhere before our auction). You provided us with very good advice but did not try and overly pressure us into taking this offer and you respected that it was our decision to still proceed to auction. Of course we would have liked to have matched or bettered the early offer but we are satisfied that on the auction day we received current market price (and it was within your initial guidance range - you certainly know the local market well).
