Since appointed govern, Rae directly oversaw Buxton’s property management portfolio develop from a humble 120 listings to more than 2000. Such groundwork contributes now to Buxton’s exponential growth, represented by both fiscal sustainability and reputable quality. Rae’s diplomatic, analytical and practical resolve to all situations concerning the consistency of care delivered by all staff in conjunction to the uninhibited function of the rental team as a unit, accompanied by the compassionate and rational support she devotes to everyone, ensures the allegiance and commitment of each property manager under her charge and replicates the same respect and devotion as a team and as individuals. Upon first meeting Bo, it is evident that her effervescent nature is on par with her professional and practical approach to Property Management. Prior to the entering the real estate sector, Bo spent several years in the retail and beauty industry, acquiring extensive experience in customer relations, ensuring that presentation – in all forms – is key. Dedicating her time in roles from administration to sales, Bo illustrates her all-encompassing skills in procedure and customer care that take pride of place within Buxton and the Real Estate industry. Whether it be the overall presentation of a new listing, the coordination of a property’s marketing campaign or the ongoing maintenance of an established tenancy, Bo’s diligence is one to be trusted in upholding Buxton’s quest for excellence. Outside the hustle and bustle of Real Estate’s insatiable market place, Bo enjoys applying the latest beauty trends, embarking on yearly visits to China, cheering on the Sydney Swans and sharing a home cooked meal with friends and family, all cherished past times that complete the work/life balance.

With more than 20 years’ experience and a trusted reputation built on personal integrity, trust, loyalty and accomplishment, Suzette now brings to Buxton a fresh perspective with longevity of vocation as a guide. During her tenure throughout the Real Estate sector, Suzette has a history of civic duty, alongside the duty of care she exhibits on a daily basis, having been elected a local council member and has sat on various Committees and Advisory Boards over a ten-year period. Such appointment offers Suzette the advantage to understand all aspects of Property Management, with demonstrated experience of representing Landlords, Tenants, Owner’s Corporations and Council welfare interests. The point of difference that compels Suzette to pursue her career in Property Management is the diversity each day invites and the relationships she builds between Landlords and Tenants, alike. In her free time, Suzette finds joy in simple pleasures, immersing herself in nature with beach walks and, when the seas are clear for sailing, indulges in nautical pursuits with her love of boating. Outside of sea-faring adventures, Suzette is happiest most in her time she dedicates to charity work and the cherished time spent with her beautiful children and grandchildren.

Growing up in Emerald and Phillip Island, Kim began working in Real Estate at Phillip Island in 2011 before moving to Melbourne to further her career in Property Management. She has experience as a Leasing Consultant and Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager and Business Development Manager. Outside the Real Estate Industry Kim has experience in Safe Working on the railway and in Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation. She is currently studying a dual Certificate 4 in AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) and Mental Health. Having previously worked with our agency from 2015 to 2018 as a Property Manager, we are very excited to welcome Kim back! Joining the Buxton Stonnington team in 2021 as a Senior Property Manager, she enjoys being part of a team and offering support and guidance to her colleagues whenever she can and developing strong office relationships that allow her to deliver a better service to her clients. Kim enjoys helping people on many levels – from helping renters to find the right place to call home, to helping rental providers find the right renter for their property. Genuinely valuing the importance of being organised and always doing her very best every day, she believes that having the right attitude can get you a long way and that listening to people’s needs is equally as important. When Kim is not at work she can be mainly found at the gym. She has competed in many bodybuilding shows at both a national and international level and enjoys being outside, walking, sitting on the beach, baking, going for massages, and just enjoying life in general!

From Melbourne, Shai began working in Real Estate in 2017. Her industry experience before joining the Buxton Stonnington team in 2021 was in Reception, Property Management Administration, and Leasing Consultancy. Prior to this, she worked in Retail Management. Initially starting as an Assistant Property Manager, Shai’s ability saw her promoted to a Property Management position after a brief time. Her strengths include her exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills and her honesty and problem-solving ability. Passionate about developing trusting relationships and supporting clients and work colleagues to the best of her ability, she enjoys the variety, challenges and multi-tasking required in her role, and the sense of accomplishment gained from working efficiently and meeting deadlines. Shai’s interests outside of work include spending time with her family and two dogs, long walks while listening to podcasts, going to the gym, and catching up with friends over brunch. A huge Collingwood Football Club supporter, she will be found either at the MCG during the AFL Season or watching at home with her family.
