Agencies in South Yarra, VIC, 3141

Jodie has been a delight since day one - she responds quickly, is super friendly and down to earth, and treats us with respect. On the day of handover, Jodie noticed some dirt on the floor. Without saying another word, she went to her car, brought out a dustpan and got down and began cleaning so that the house was neat and tidy for us. We're very much looking forward to an ongoing relationship with her and would gladly recommend her as a property manager/agent.

Rapid and professional response, friendly communication and understanding

The tenancy process proceeded smoothly with good consultation and minimal delay between tenants. Thank you

My property manager is knowledgeable and results oriented, feel that as representative of Harcourt's they value our business

The recent exiting of two sets of renters required excellent communication to prepare the units, agree the rent and find two new renters. All of the above was managed professional and promptly, as always. Thanks as always; to the Richmond B&S Team. FL.

I find Langwell Harper's services very professional, diligent and efficient. They are also pro-active in making suggestions after inspections and during rent review.
