Sarah is leading her team to promote the highest levels of customer service, communication and professional ongoing support, in order to achieve excellence in the property management department. At Caine Real Estate we want to bring the standard of property management service in Victoria to new heights through handpicking the best candidates and actively working on providing the best support and resources to her team. Sarah came to Caine Real Estate with a background in Property Management Operations and hospitality and this has assisted her greatly in all facets of Real Estate. Her enthusiasm and drive for providing an ‘excellent client experience’ is prevalent in her day to day management and the results of her team. After another bustling day at the office, you will find Sarah unwinding with a book or cooking up something delicious in the kitchen.

About Zara-Jane

Zara has always been a part of the real estate world, starting at the ripe young age of 6 weeks old when her mum brought her into the office in her capsule and that is where the journey began. Not only has she worked in various office roles throughout her career Zara held a corporate role with one of the oldest real estate companies in Australia, where she was responsible for training and educating staff members across a variety of various roles in throughout Victoria and Tasmania. She loves helping landlords achieve the best possible outcome for their property while enjoying overcoming the challenges that present in the course of delivering amazing results. Zara has an attitude that no problem is too big or too small. Her number one focus is ensuring her client’s (both tenants and landlords) needs are meet and always goes above and beyond to ensure that happens. In her spare time, Zara enjoys spending time with her son watching a game of rugby or tennis or simply just hanging out doing as her son calls it “boys stuff”.

Bianca moved from New Zealand to beautiful Melbourne recently to chase both personal and career success. Having worked in multiple customer service roles before joining the team at Caine Real Estate, Bianca understands the importance of having quick clear communication and a big smile. She works closely with each team member to ensure both tenants and landlords are given the best service possible. Above all, her goal with her portfolio is ensuring all her clients feel valued and cared for. When not at work, Bianca enjoys relaxing at home and eating delicious food. In fact, almost every Sunday you can catch Bianca enjoying her weekly late brunch under the sun.

Relet in complicated circumstances

Caine did a great job in finding a good tenant for me. It was a complicated time as trying to get some work done in the property in interim but hard to coordinate with tradies and neighbours. Caine found a tenant, told them about the situation upfront and negotiated a good 2 way arrangement.
