I have gone to so many agents, they laughed in my face that I won’t get what I want for my property and whenever I did any valuations with prospective agents they would downgrade my property and try to compare it to absolutely unrelated properties sold in the area. Chris did the opposite. Not only did Chris listened and understood my objective, believed in my goal to achieve my desired sale price for a property that had a real meaning to me and my life, the price, which broke all suburb records and now every single valuation is pinned to mine. Chris was consistent in reporting to me on various buyers looking at my property and found the buyers, who would value and respect the property as much as I did - she found the right buyer! She is the best!

It was a pleasure to work with David in my recent purchase.
