Without hesitation I would highly recommend David to handle. He knew the market, didn’t suggest we spend a fortune in preparation and inconvenienced us as little as possible. Thanks, David

Chris helped with my unit sale. I was very pleased with Chris' approach. From the start Chris has been conscientious and thorough keeping and far exceeding all her commitments on this deal, while always being pragmatic. I would strongly recommend Chris and happily work with her in future. - Sourav (Seller).

I can't speak highly enough about Cairns Beaches Realty. When I bought my investment property I started with another real estate, in the end I had to make a move. I'm so glad I chose Cairns Beaches, David was such a down to earth guy and Skye was great to work with. When it came time to sell, Dave was excellent, he helped recommending a couple of things to fix up. I was very happy with the photos and his ad, and importantly he got me a good price with the right buyer. The whole process was seamless! Many thanks Dave.
