David is a straight up kinda guy and that’s what we valued the most. He always kept his word when giving us timeframes and was very helpful in addressing issues. He’s very knowledgeable and helped put our minds at ease when we had to break lease due to our purchase. If we ever sell we would definitely have David as our agent.

Highly recommend David. We sold a Cairns property with David, from interstate. David was very thorough, personable and gave us practical advice which was spot on. David and his team helped us enormously, even organising furniture selling and removal, while keeping us constantly informed as we were interstate. Would use David again for sure.

Davids approach was not pushy, but reassuring and thorough. David provided all the relevant information in a timely manner. Service was reliable & without ego or fake 'dressing up' (or over the top sales pitch) which can be off putting to some... Much appreciated the friendly approach & will recommend to others. Seems like a nice bloke😊
