David is a very professional agent with an extremely detailed knowledge of the Cairns real estate market. I listed my house with him and was delighted that he sold it in 2 days! I highly recommend David and his team at Cairns Beaches Realty if you are considering buying or selling property in the Cairns area.

Chris was fantastic from the moment I met her. She knew the area extremely well having sold other properties in the same street. Chris provided helpful contacts for trades inorder to get the house ready for sale. She even provided some staging items for the marketing photos. Chris secured a sale price that exceeded my expectations and has been exceptional throughout the whole process.

David kept us in the loop through the marketing procedure by his excellent communication - despite us being in NZ - and offered great advice. David had three offers on the table within 24 hours of listing and was able to negotiate an amazing top offer for us that was better than we ever expected! Our daughter and son in law had recommended David and CBR to us having just sold their property in Cairns and having had a great experience. We also, without hesitation, would recommend David and CBR to anyone considering selling their house to scoreboard an amazing outcome. Thanks David

David has a very good knowledge of real estate in the Northern Beaches. David told us how much our property would sell for and how long it would take, and the result exceeded our expectations. Furthermore he has an extensive list of tradies to prepare your property before it goes on the market. David returns every call promptly and comes with our recommendation.

This was a very pleasing experience we had with the purchase of this property, I have bought several over the years. Chris was very helpful in arranging our chance to view the property on short notice and was very knowledgeable about the location and how it would work for us as an investment opportunity. She has close ties to the community which allowed us to gain a greater knowledge of the area. Professionally you could not ask for more, easily contactable, helpful in getting information and had some great contacts to help with the purchase of the property. I highly recommend Chris and I will continue to use her in the future.
