Chris sold my property over night, yep… OVER NIGHT. Listed at 6pm, sold at 10am the next day! Chris sold my investment property for more then I expected and a lot more then other agents had suggested. Chris was polite, never once pushy, ensured my tenant in the property was happy and aware of each inspection/ situation, kept me informed throughout the process even if it was after hours, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to sell my property.
