My mothers unit was listed for sale in difficult market conditions when Covid was preventing the normal tourist flow to the Cairns region. Despite this, Chris was very persistent to get a sale. While the unit was on the market, Chris kept me informed as to flow of viewers and their comments on the unit which helped me to make changes to the unit where necessary. I found Chris easy to deal with, knowledgeable about the local market and very professional. It took some time to get a sale but we got there in the end.
