We cannot thank Chris Vanderburgh enough for all the help and advice she gave us which related in the quick sale of our Unit at Trinity Beach Cairns at the price we wanted to achieve. Her knowledge of the market and her professionalism unquestionable. Nothing was a problem. The advice that she gave us, invaluable. Everything was made so easy. Chris was so kind, open and honest and simply a darling. Chris always kept in touch and would return our calls promptly. Chris went over and above our expectations. As we were out of town sellers, the solicitor, Neil Worsley that was recommended to us was also fantastic and friendly. When you have a team like this helping and advising you, it takes the worry out of the whole process.
