Anthony Paraschos recently sold my house in Lewisham. At first the amount of interest from prospective buyers encouraged us to think that an auction was a good idea, but the market was rapidly becoming volatile and unpredictable and Anthony gently advised me to accept the second offer, which I was happy to do as it met my expectations. I was travelling at the time and he drove 100km ( one way) to get my signature on the contract. The next day, it was announced that Australia had officially gone into recession! In all my dealings with Anthony I found him to be sincere and trustworthy, honest in his communication, and very hardworking (way beyond the call of duty). Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was unfailingly courteous and friendly, never pushy, and always responded quickly to my anxious emails and out-of-hours texts. Everyone knows that selling a house is a very stressful time but I felt looked after during the whole process. Anthony was recommended to me by a family member who bought a unit through him, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him highly to anyone wanting a hard working estate agent and as enjoyable an experience as it is possible to have selling a beloved house, or buying a new one.
