A Refreshing Experience
Paul recently assisted with the purchase of our first property. With Paul's help, the process was incredibly easy and efficient. From the initial contact, Paul was receptive and attentive, as well as very upfront about the vendor's expectations and his intentions for the steps-to-come. He outlined everything that we needed to consider, and allowed us the opportunity to digest the information and ask the questions that we had. We found this refreshing compared to other recent experiences with agents - there was no feeling of being used or manipulated throughout the process and we also feel as though we had some transparency over the process (which is very rare). All in all it was a comfortable experience for what is generally a very stressful/anxious situation, and that is a credit to Paul's work ethic and personality. Thanks Paul!

Paul made it seem easy!
Having had an unpleasant experience previously with an unscrupulous agent, I was a little nervous about the sale process. However, during my first two meetings with Paul, his obvious integrity and honesty put me at ease. He gave sensible advice about the cost effective presentation of my home. He provided a comprehensive proposal, a flexible schedule for open house inspections, as well as verbal and written feedback on all contact with potential buyers. He demonstrated skill in attracting and supporting genuine buyers. He worked very hard and never exaggerated the possibilities, but delivered an outstanding result, well above expectations. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Paul and the team at Callagher Real Estate.

Smooth process, good result
Anthony's advice in how to best present the property was very helpful. He arranged the required work and kept me informed on a regular basis. We were planning an auction campaign, but received several offers and sold within a week after the first open house. It was a very smooth process with a good outcome. I would not hesitate to use Anthony again.

Privileged to have had such a skilled and communicative agent
As a vendor, I have been more than pleased to work with a very professional agent in Paul. His knowledge, friendly manner and communication skills, both verbally and in writing have been excellent every step of the way. In the early stages , he advised me to do some renovations to maximise buyers' interests and a higher sale price and indeed, organised the work and oversaw the jobs. With every inspection I was given both written and verbal feedback of prospective buyers, eventually within a short two weeks I had a buyer with a price above my expectations. If I had another property to sell in Sydney, Paul would be my first choice. Being from interstate it was very easy to sit back and let it all happen. Well done Paul and thank you. David Murree-Allen
