Thanks to Kim my partner and I are now living in our dream house. She was very professional and her knowledge ensured that the process was relatively smooth for us. We are very grateful for her assistance to us and look forward to working with her again in the future. Highly recommend.

We've dealt with Carters over the journey that's been our house search in Hervey Bay through to our purchase in Craignish. Throughout Kim and her team have been respectful of our needs and professional in the way they conducted business. Kim clearly knows Hervey Bay's real estate market and has been free in offering her advice when asked for. Great work by this group. Highly recommended.

Having bought and sold a number of properties our experience with Annette showed she’s to be a very professional and personable agent. She went above and beyond other agents by following up every detail of our purchase and offered us assistance when required. Annette would be our Agent of Choice and we certainly highly recommend her.

Over my life I have had many experiences with real estate agents and dealing with Carter Cooper Real Estate has been the very best. Maurie Ellis has been obliging and courteous and has had to do more than the usual agents duties as I do not live in Queensland. He has had to arrange cleaning, repairs etc. Maurie has kept me up to date with the progress and nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you very much Maurie.

From the get go, Kim was super friendly and genuine about helping to find us the right house. She took the time to show us the entire house and it’s features. Would highly recommend Kim to anyone

Maurice made buying our first home less stressful. Maurice was friendly, knowledgeable about the property in question and goes out of his way to get you everything you need before pulling the trigger on your home. Maurice organises around what suits you as best he can with clear communication throughout the process so you aren’t left in the dark. Maurice always made himself available to answer any questions or queries, and adds a personal touch by getting a gift that suits your house and needs and not just a generic quick gift. Thank you Maurice!!

Annette is the most thorough agent I have known. Always punctual, diligent, knowledgeable and obliging. She never failed to inform me of results of all inspections and forever searched for new approaches.

Amanda had been extremely helpful and supportive through the process. There were a lot of challenges to work through and while she is acting on behalf of the seller, she was still very helpful to us as the buyers to work through the various parts of the process that ended up being quite challenging for various reasons.

Thanks to Maurice Ellis with his expert knowledge of the local property market we were able to secure a quick sale of our Hervey Bay property. Maurice was in constant contact with us during the sale period giving clear and accurate information. I would recommend Maurice to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property in Hervey Bay. I would have given more than a five star rating if possible.

Kim was very quick to respond to our initial interest in the property and available to answer any local questions we had as we are relocating. Very helpful and responsive throughout the process and going over and above to do a final inspection of the property on our behalf.
