We were very happy with Maurie and Nicole's assistance with the sale of the property. They were adaptable to any changes we needed to make, and helpful with advice and recommendations they made. Since we live out of town, Maurie went out of his way to ensure we were not having to make numerous trips to the Bay to sort things out. We could not fault the service that Maurie and Nicole provided and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Our history with Kim Carter dates back over 15 years to when we purchased 46 Ocean St and Kim was the agent for the vendors. We purchased 46 Ocean St as an investment property. From that initial meeting we have remained in contact and built a valued relationship. We have always been able to rely on Kim for good sound honest advice on the Hervey Bay property market. It was a given that when the time came to market the property we would want to appoint Kim as our selling agent and we are delighted with the outcome. Thanks Kim and your team for a job well done!

We have engaged Jana in the sale of two of our investment properties and we can not speak highly enough of her professionalism. Jana is upfront regarding any enhancements needed prior to sale, she communicates regularly regarding progress and met our sale price expectations on each occasion. You will not go wrong trusting her with your real estate needs in Hervey Bay.

We were introduced to Jana by some friends, after giving Jana a description of what we were looking for, she found our property which matched all of our criteria perfectly. Jana was a delight to do business with and we have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone either selling or looking to buy property. Jack & Ning

I requested a short settlement and Kim went above and beyond to help make this happen to the benefit of both parties. It was a very smooth transaction and I'd be more than happy to purchase through Kim again.

I was very happy with the price achieved when selling my property I was well informed. As I did not live in the area Kim kept me in the picture. The property was sold within 2 weeks of listing. I would highly recommend Kim Carter.
