We had Simone (and Richard) from Celsius market and sell our property within the Lucent apartment complex, in Claremont. We had had tenants in the property over the two year period of our ownership (managed by Celsius also) and Simone took care of bringing the apartment 'back to new' and arranging styling and all the marketing materials. It looked amazing. The property sold at a price exceeding our expectations (whilst we were overseas). Simone simply 'got on with things' and made it all happen within about a week! She was communicative and gave great advice, which was of high value when we were out of Perth. We were suitably impressed!

We had the pleasure of working with Simone from Celsius living in our recent land purchase, and we cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service we received. Simone demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, expertise, and dedication from the initial consultation till the settlement. Being a first-time buyer and with delays in recent times for the issuance of land titles from developers, we had our reservations when we were looking for a piece of land to build our forever home. However, after our first meeting with Simone and the time/effort she took to explain all the aspects of the land development and expected timeframes for practical completion/title issuances, we were sold and put a deposit down. Simone has kept us updated on the progress of land development and worked with our mortgage broker to get all the finance approvals in place by the time the title was issued (10 days before the promised title issuance!!). Thanks to Simone and Celsius Living, We are now the proud owner of a piece of land that perfectly fits to build our home. We would wholeheartedly recommend Simone and Celsius Living to anyone looking for assistance with real estate in Perth. Their professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for their clients make them an invaluable asset in the real estate market.

Tim sold me a property off the plan, two years before I moved in. He was very helpful during the sales process and when we came to settle going above and beyond to support me through the settlement stage. I would highly recommend him

Tim and the team at Celsius have been exceptional to work with. No concern too trivial to have their full attention and follow through. I am glad they were always with us through this process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tim and the Celsius Team.
