Tim was the perfect agent to deal with - he gave us the freedom to customise our new home (off the plan), he also gave us achievable suggestions in keeping with our modern aesthetic. Tim and the team kept us well informed throughout the ‘buying off the plan’ process, even bringing us onsite to check cement finishes. Thanks Tim for an awesome experience. Special shout-out out to Project Manager extraordinaire, Travis, for his attention to detail and follow up on EVERY aspect of the project. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I heard about the property and called Tim. He was able to show me through the next day. Tim gave me some price guidance. I made an offer on the spot and had an acceptance within 24 hours.

Tim and the Celsius team did an outstanding job selling our property. They ensured their knowledge of the market and competing properties was second to none which was a huge benefit in making buyers feel comfortable with their decision to purchase one of our properties. All enquiries were dealt with in a timely and professional manner leaving a great impression with all our buyers

We found Tim to be very accommodating and knowledgeable, in all matters regarding the sale and follow up of our apartment 104 at "LUCENT" Although I have concerns about his choice of number plates on his vehicle, ugh ugh! I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim to any of my friends or relatives, who might be in the Real Estate market,!!

From the moment that we met Tim we have been impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm for Lucent. He has always responded to our requests and queries in a timely, proficient and helpful manner; even when they have been somewhat ‘difficult’ he has responded with a smile. He is an excellent ambassador for Celsius, whom we would recommend to anyone seeking to purchase a property.

Nothing was too much effort is how we would describe our buying experience. Tim had his finger on everything and had answers to anything we wanted.
