From my very first email to Tim regarding the Vic Quarter Apartments he had kept me up to date with the progress of the building. We were invited to come along and have a look at the plans before the apartments were put on the market to the public. We didn’t go have a look until the first official Open Day. Wow. We Both fell in love with everything. We put a deposit down that same day and haven’t looked back. We’re loving our new neighbourhood and have already met some lovely people. So many options of restaurants, parks, shopping centres all at our front doorstep. We are also lucky enough to have amazing city views. Life is good. Tim has been very helpful throughout the whole journey. From the beginning of viewing multiple apartments to the signing of the contract, he was there all the time to help us out. He also follows up all the outstanding issues for us, the latest being the tiny gap on the floor board at the corner of the kitchen which was finally fixed. One outstanding character that Tim possess that is worth mentioning in this review is, throughout the whole journey, we never at anytime feels the pressure of buying the apartment! I think this is one of his great attribute. It allows us to make an inform, un-rush decision. No negative comments that I can think of about Tim.
