Chelsea is one of the best real estate agents I have ever had to deal with. This is the second property we have entrusted Chelsea to secure us the best price possible. She was able to achieve this on both occasions selling my family home as well as my partner’s family home. Despite us being over 700km away she was able to keep us well informed throughout the marketing campaign through regular Phone and email contact. We knew exactly where we stood on the auction days. Chelsea was able to save the sale of the property despite a breach of the contract by the buyer that threatened to jeopardise the exchange. On the day of the auction she was able to secure us a great price in a falling market. She liasied with our solicitors and conveyancer in a highly professional manner.
