Outstanding Angent!
Paul was so helpful and gave us a great guide when selling our unit! He was well informed regarding the market, gave us advice of sale options and supported us all the way through the sale. I would highly recommend him!

I can thank this man for making this happen, he helped me a lot prior and also he and his staff after . He has also helped me with certain contacts but honest ones . But all I can say if it wasn't for Paul I wouldn't own this place where I just want to be !

Very professional and helpful agent.

Just simply a decent fellow.
I recently bought my first unit, on my own, as a single parent. I had been planning for 5 years and looking for at least 12 months. I came to expect embellished and in-accurate information. I became impatient with most agents I dealt with, and totally ignored their unreliable advice. When I found a place for sale, that was great for me, I was surprised. Then I was quite floored to find that the agent and his team, were simply straightforward and very decent. I kept expecting to be forced and cajoled and annoyed, but Paul followed up in an honest and transparent manner. I had to keep getting off the phone and checking with my colleagues that I wasn't dreaming. This was actually a clear, simple negotiation, what a breath of fresh air!

I am happy with the way this process went for me and although the negotiations took a little time the end result is what I was happy with. It was great working with Chelsea and the team and the continued support after exchanging has been fantastic also
