She was amazing throughout !!
I have never felt so looked after by an agent , Chelsea conducted the whole sale of my mothers house in such a professional manner , her knowledge is impeccable and her communication is outstanding ! I Learnt so much and always felt" in the loop" not to mention my elderly mum who was nurtured and supported hroughout the whole eperience . It was the most positive experience of selling that I have come across .. hard to beat at all levels .

An agent worth her weight in gold
Chelsea was fantastic. I don't know of any other agent who would go to the property to water the lawns daily, not because green grass would make a better sale but because the elderly, proud owner wanted the grass to look good on the day. If there was any problem such the garage door getting stuck open, Chelsea would be there to fix it or to get someone to do so. She sent emails and answered phones on her day off- even if trying to relax by a beach. Chelsea went out of her way to not only keep the elderly owners in the loop by visiting them in their aged care facility but also communicating with two separate nieces who often had well-intentioned but different and occasionally conflicting views. She did so always courteously and professionally. Chelsea organised a co-worker to assist when one almost 96 year old wheel chair bound owner wanted to visit the house for one more time. The other owner, a 91 year old, suffering short memory loss/dementia often rang with the same query a couple of times a day. After the sale of the property which went for a staggering price because of brilliant marketing strategies the excellent service continued. I would certainly Chelsea as an agent! She went over and beyond what is expected of an agent.

A fantastic Agent!
Having dealt with Chelsea prior to this sale, she has proven to be an outstandingly honest agent. No nonsense. She doesn't tell you what you want to hear simply to get your business. She discusses the reality of the market, where your property stands with relation to the current market demand and what she believes you can expect. She marketed my property so well it sold for above the reserve. Highly recommend Chelsea for her integrity. She is a stand out Agent.

Above and beyond my expectations
I was impressed with Chelsea and Zac's approach from my very first meeting with them to discuss the sale of my property. Their market knowledge was exceptional as was their professional and considered approach throughout the entire process. Qualities that I consider important from a customer’s perspective include strong communication, consistency in the message, high level of integrity, strong focus on customer service and ability to go that extra mile if it is required at the appropriate time. Zac, Chelsea and the team at Century 21 Bayside displayed all of these qualities throughout the campaign. While the result achieved was above and beyond my expectations, it was Chelsea and Zac's overall ability to lead and manage the entire process that was a clear stand out for me.
