I was impressed with Chelsea and Zac's approach from my very first meeting with them to discuss the sale of my property. Their market knowledge was exceptional as was their professional and considered approach throughout the entire process. Qualities that I consider important from a customer’s perspective include strong communication, consistency in the message, high level of integrity, strong focus on customer service and ability to go that extra mile if it is required at the appropriate time.
