Jarrah had certainly done his homework - provided plenty of information regarding price trends and house styles/values in my immediate locality and gave me lots of ideas and help with not only preparing my home for sale but also with organising all the settlement details Once I had decided to go with him as my agent he moved quickly and presented a good advertising program. The house sold quickly due, I'm sure, to Jarrah's efforts. My only criticism would be that he was a bit slow in giving follow up after Open Inspections. Selling one's home is a very anxious and stressful time - a quick phone call straight after the open would have made me feel more part of the whole procedure.

We were very comfortable with Jarrah and his team throughout the whole process of selling our property via auction.
