We were happy with the knowledge and pricing of properties/units in the immediate area, and prices that could be realised, and we were certainly very satisfied with the end result. The flower arrangement left for us for our open inspection was a really nice touch, however, a reminder on the card attached with the flowers as to the open time on the next morning would have been appreciated as it was some 8 or more weeks since we had had the initial discussion with Jarrah about the process.
