Thanks Jarrah and Erin for helping me move back from VIC to SA and proceed with what has been the fastest settlement (for me at least) ever with a 10 working days turn-around. You also were very helpful in giving me a private viewing of the property on a day and time that suited my schedule and this then allowed for the contract negotiation to be finalised within 24hrs. As this was a new development I really appreciated the go-between service with the developer and myself which has resulted in most services and new-home-issues being resolved and implemented very quickly. All up I really couldn't have asked for a smoother purchase.

Jarrah did a fantastic Job selling our property. We made it hard by not listing on websites and we had other complications that required him to be a fantastic communicator and negotiator with potential buyers. His knowledge of the market made it easy for potential buyers to know he was credible. He constantly kept us updated and did very well under difficult circumstances. Sale achieved at a great price.
