Century 21 Maddies Hermans
I only started letting out my unit at the end of February. Century 21 Maddies Hermans did the final setting up of the unit and leased it out within days. They have been professional and prompt with communications and management.

I would like to thank Lyndal and the team at Century 21 for the great work they provided in managing our property at 159 Margate Parade. I would like to make note of my request to limit expenses on the property as we had purchased the lot to develop. Moving forward I hold Century 21 in great regard and will be discussing with them the possibility of managing the sales of the new development when time comes. Thanks again. Peter Miers

I have a number of properties with Maddies Hermans. I have been with them for 30 years. They are always on the job and always so willing to assist me whenever I need them. They are competent and committed and always find great tenants for my properties. I would never ever even contemplate any other Agency managing my properties. I can thoroughly recommend them .

Maddie and her staff makes a great team looking after our property. Very approachable and prompt in action. We live overseas and we have great faith in this team as they look after our interest in the best possible way. They are on top of every aspect of rental property management including finding new tenants in time. We do not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and relatives to look after their properties.

I have only been with this agency for a limited period of time. However, I just wanted to say that in all my dealings with Century 21 Maddies Hermans the agency representatives have been polite, efficient, prompt and go over and above. Their recommendations are accurate and there are no over inflated promises. The Agency comprises people with a wealth of experience and sound local knowledge. I cannot find fault or room for improvement with any of the communications or personal dealing with members of the Agency so far. I am very satisfied that they are managing my property.
