I have had only had positive experiences .When I am in between tenants ,they are quick and efficient in finding a new tenant making sure the tenant is of the highest standard. When I have any issues they always notify me immediately .In doing so giving me suggestions on how to resolve the issues but always allowing me to to have the final say.Also ,when they have one property manager leave ,they seem to be able to replace them with someone of the same high quality .They obviously have a very good recruitment process in place. In closing, communication is professional ,positive and nothing is ever too difficult to deal with.Highly recommend to anyone who wants there property managed.
