I really appreciated how transparent Cooper was with regular updates that helped me navigate through the application process. It's not always common to find agents or leasing consultants that are so proactive with updating tenants and answering queries, a very easy and seamless process.

Our property is a "let only" meaning I have a granny flat at the rear of our home that we wanted to rent out. We needed an agent that will make all the arrangements (inspections, find a suitable tenant, Lease etc.), then we would take over the management of the property. Firstly, we went to a very prominent agent that did this for us in the past. This time they weren't interested in helping us. Next, we tried a large agency in Sutherland. Again, not interested. Century 21 Sutherland Shire offered to provide this service. This whole experience with Amy Dudley and Cooper Morelli has been a seamless one, in spite of the many forms and procedures that they took us through (legal processes). I found them: - Very friendly, and considerate. Spending time with me and wanting to understand my requirements for my property. They listened. They understood what we wanted and proceeded accordingly. This was very important since we have specific requirements for the type of tenant we want in our granny flat. - Amy step, by step, took me through all the procedures that must be followed in order to rent the property. There are a lot of them, and Amy was completely across these. Very experienced, and very knowledgeable. - They found us a suitable tenant in a few weeks. - They took us through all the final processes, such as signing the lease, signing the key collection, pre-inspection report. - Were reasonably priced. We are astounded at their professionalism - incredible. Amazing communication - very responsive. Experienced. knowledgeable. Polite. Not pushy. Great service. I moved away and the guys took care of everything in regards to leasing my property from cleaning, inspections, maintenance and finances all within a short time before the new tenants were in. Didn’t have to worry about a thing.

I have recently just moved into a new home leased by Century 21 Cronulla and I have had the most amazing experience with them, there were a few things needing attention once I moved into the property and Yulia my property agent, has been so incredibly responsive, going above and beyond to resolve all issues even whilst the owner of the property lives abroad. I have never had such positive, attentive service or experience with any other previous agencies I’ve leased through before. They have been brilliant.
