I have been with C21 Menai for a number of years. They manage my rental property in Cronulla. I have found them to be very professional and on top of things and quick to respond to question or things that I need. Recently my tenants moved out and it was at this point I knew I needed to do a few updates to my property before releasing but needed to have a quick turn around. The team at C21 Menai who manage my property were fabulous and on board for the entire update of my unit. They were able to put me in contact with businesses they work with to ensure a fast response to what I needed to be done. From new flooring, painters, window coverings etc. which led to a turn around of 3 weeks which was amazing. The property manager and leasing team worked collaboratively throughout this time allowing then to advertise and find a list of tenants to show through my unit as soon as it was ready to go. In doing so my unit was re leased within 4 weeks. I am very grateful to the team at C21 Menai that I worked closely with to achieved what I needed. I have had only had positive experiences .When I am in between tenants ,they are quick and efficient in finding a new tenant making sure the tenant is of the highest standard. When I have any issues they always notify me immediately .In doing so giving me suggestions on how to resolve the issues but always allowing me to to have the final say.Also ,when they have one property manager leave ,they seem to be able to replace them with someone of the same high quality .They obviously have a very good recruitment process in place. In closing, communication is professional ,positive and nothing is ever too difficult to deal with.Highly recommend to anyone who wants there property managed.
