From the day we moved into the property the team at Century 21 have been helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. Our experience with Century 21 in Menai has been fantastic. Brendon King was warm and helpful at the inspection of our current rental and answered all of my many questions about the property. His communication was strong throughout the application process which made us feel really comfortable and confident in our chances. When we found out that we were the successful tenants, he was great at sharing all the need to know info and getting us in ASAP which worked well for both us and the landlord. The rest of the team continue to support us well whether it be with routine inspections or maintenance request, Ashleigh Carr has been particularly helpful! I have been with C21 Menai for a number of years. They manage my rental property in Cronulla. I have found them to be very professional and on top of things and quick to respond to question or things that I need. Recently my tenants moved out and it was at this point I knew I needed to do a few updates to my property before releasing but needed to have a quick turn around. The team at C21 Menai who manage my property were fabulous and on board for the entire update of my unit. They were able to put me in contact with businesses they work with to ensure a fast response to what I needed to be done. From new flooring, painters, window coverings etc. which led to a turn around of 3 weeks which was amazing. The property manager and leasing team worked collaboratively throughout this time allowing then to advertise and find a list of tenants to show through my unit as soon as it was ready to go. In doing so my unit was re leased within 4 weeks. I am very grateful to the team at C21 Menai that I worked closely with to achieved what I needed.
