I recently rented a property through Century 21 and my agent was Cooper. I found Cooper excellent to work with - he was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable about the property and responsive to communication. Cooper treated me like i was buying the property and as if i were a future property owner. I would recommend this agency and Cooper as an agent to future tenants/homebuyers.

Although my rental is not in the usual area Century 21 Sutherland Shire may work, the staff but particularly Julia are proactive and research current data for the area so that I can make informed decisions. They keep in contact with me, providing details re current tenants, number and quality of new tenancy applications, asking for my input, following up on any action or information requests I may have and looking after requirements during each tenancy. I've been with Century 21 Sutherland Shire for quite a few years now and I've found them to be professional and knowledgeable when dealing with myself, tenants, strata, trades and committee members.
