It's been a good experience dealing with Century 21 Sutherland Shire ,finding & renting a property is tough especially for me ,old school; not great with the doc sign electronics ectra but I got old school service with some great genuinely happy enthusiastic staff &modern service too,,big thanks Michaela ,Julia ,Cooper ,,& all the staff @ Century 21 .

I have recently just moved into a new home leased by Century 21 Cronulla and I have had the most amazing experience with them, there were a few things needing attention once I moved into the property and Yulia my property agent, has been so incredibly responsive, going above and beyond to resolve all issues even whilst the owner of the property lives abroad. I have never had such positive, attentive service or experience with any other previous agencies I’ve leased through before. They have been brilliant. From the day we moved into the property the team at Century 21 have been helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. Our property manager,Ashley is always quick to reply to our requests and answer any questions we have. a Brendan has also assisted especially when we were locked out of our unit to help us get back in safely. The periodic inspections of the unit have been advised in advance and were quick and not disruptive to us.

Our experience with Century 21 in Menai has been fantastic. Brendon King was warm and helpful at the inspection of our current rental and answered all of my many questions about the property. His communication was strong throughout the application process which made us feel really comfortable and confident in our chances. When we found out that we were the successful tenants, he was great at sharing all the need to know info and getting us in ASAP which worked well for both us and the landlord. The rest of the team continue to support us well whether it be with routine inspections or maintenance request, Ashleigh Carr has been particularly helpful!
