Me and my partner were viewing a property for rent by century21, and before arriving i didnt have hope because its hard too get your foot in the door with limited properties going up for rent. Upon arrival we were greated by one of the property managers Mihi, she was professional and very welcoming after viewing the house we took home a paper application. Mihi then informed us that at Century21 they like too personally call people and do the checks. (That gave me some hope) Any queries that I had I emailed Laylah and I would always get a fast response :) We got the house!!!! Yay Cant wait too make new memories I really would like too commend Century21 BrockHurst Team for making sure we understood everything and for showing us that there are still teams out there that care about both landlord and tenant.

Laylah was a great property manager. She responded to our concerns and our issues in a timely manner was approachable and was respectful of us as tenants. As a parent with kids she went out of her way to ensure inspections were at a time convenient to me. We have rented for 16 years and Laylah was by far the best property manager we have had and we greatly appreciated her time and effort that she puts in.
