I was very happy with the way Laylah introduced us to the property and handled our application. I felt that she is not only extremely experienced and knowledgeable, but she is kind and caring and genuinely does her best to make everything a smooth process, from the time of our application to us moving into our rental property. We didn't have hot water on our first day, and Laylah got the problem fixed right away, even though it was the weekend. I felt very well looked after. I'm just so grateful for this agency and to have Laylah as a property manager.

Not only did she take it on without a helpful handover, but she also got things done and quickly too. The end result was a new tenant moving in with minimal downtime.
