We spoke to a few different agents before meeting Josh and out of everyone who we spoke to Josh was the most realistic agent we spoke with. He was straight forward with us and Actually listened to what we were wanting to do and guided us through the process of selling our property with minimal issues or concerns for us. Josh and his team were amazing throughout the whole process and kept us up to date as much as possible which was great for us as we were leaving WA and changing time zones. We were aware of each step before it happened and were given a good amount of time prior to home opens happening. We are so greatful for Josh and his team helping us, guiding us and supporting us through this process and would 100% recommend to anyone who is thinking of selling their property to go through these guys.
