Had an excellent experience with Danny who was also the best commission rate for our area. Communication was excellent with phone call, text messages and email updates including reports and market feedback. Gave opinion on current market issues and ways to prepare the prompt for sale. He was patient when dealing with renovation issues and was confident throughout the whole process of the price targets for the property. Would highly recommended. Id give six stars if I could.
