We initially hired Bell Real Estate to manage our property as a rental. I felt really good about choosing Sharyn from our first meeting. She was friendly, honest and clearly knew the area very well. After a year we decided to sell. With Sharyn's expert help, we got a great offer quite quickly. Unfortunately for us, just before settlement, the house suffered some storm damage.
