She makes time to explain the selling process and explore options and does a fantastic job of keeping the vendor up to date. After looking for a house in the hills in vain for nearly two years, we came across Sharyn. She immediately understood what exactly we were looking for and showed us this house a few days before it went on the market. We had no idea there could be a perfect match to our wishes, but here it was! The pictures on real estate websites just don't give you the information you really need. When we were ready to go, she took the time on a Sunday morning to guide us through the process and we signed the contract the same day. Sharyn was very kind but at the same time very professional and authentic, so you didn't feel she was playing one game with you and another with the seller. She never exaggerated anything. We are not only thrilled to have gotten the house but half a year later we still find more and more assets to it!
