We had planned and prepared selling our home over 6 months or so. When it came to engaging an agent, found Claudia to have more connection as a local, was genuinely passionate about the area and interested in our story in why we were selling. The sales process was longer than we had anticipated and didn't stick to the standard listed days stats, at one point we felt like giving up. Claudia listened and respected where we were on the journey, all the while offering suggestions and solutions on ways forward.
