Can't speak more highly about Helen! Such a lovely person and such a professional. She nailed a flawless sales strategy. We had a great result on the sale. Her wizardry kicked in when the initial buyer pulled out under contract, but she was able to find a new buyer within the hour which resulted in the same great result. We are stoked.

Claudia was right on the button with regard to the current Winmalee marketplace. We were pleasantly surprised with her estimated value of our home and were delighted with our final sale price. She kept us informed every step of the way and her feedback was invaluable. Claudia has a very warm, endearing personality, she filled us with much confidence and she has been a pleasure to work with towards the sale of our much loved home. We highly recommend Claudia to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Helen professionalism, knowledge and advice helped enormously with the selling of my parents house, I couldn’t thank her enough.

Fantastic service and result. Jonathan and his team worked very hard on the sale of our investment property and kept great communication up throughout the process (even showing buyers through outside of inspection times and updating us while overseas). I bought the property through Jonathan 10 years prior and have been happy with Chapman from both sides of the transaction. I am an ex realestate agent so very fussy with who I choose to look after my properties. Overall, they are very professional and we loved the Chapman Concierge which saved us heaps of time and headache. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We recently sold our house in the Blue Mountains and couldn't be happier with Claudia and the Chapman team. From the very start she looked after us with a smile and was a pleasure to deal with. She has great knowledge of the Blue Mountains market, but also listened to what we wanted and needed throughout the process. We were happy with the settlement price and even more so with Claudia's personable and inviting nature. We would 100% recommend Claudia to anybody looking for a positive experience when selling their home.

I worked with Claudia Hayes - an excellent agent. She listed my place in April and it sold at the first weekend at the VIP opening, at asking price. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times. Her advice and support through closing was invaluable. I could not have done it without her. Highly recommended!

From the moment we met Claudia Hayes from Chapman real estate Springwood NSW we knew that we were in great hands. Claudia made our settlement process so easy, she was such a reliable and dependable agent who would go above and beyond for us. We were always kept up to date with our process and Claudia was very easy to talk to. We would 100% recommend Claudia to our friends, and if we had known that purchasing a property was this easy and stress free we would have definitely done it sooner. Thank you so much Claudia!

I have know Claudia for about 6 years and always admired her work ethic and can do attitude. It was this reason we selected Claudia to look after our sale at Warrimoo. Sold first day pre-market and above expectations. We could not be happier with Claudia and the team at Chapman Real Estate.
